  4. Hi Dr Childers, Thank you for the presentation this morning. It was much nicer than getting all that info in 60 minutes in November at the Casemanagement Conference. I would love to give you my testimonial of the differences for me since implementing some of the changes you recommended.

I did not increase Magnesium intake and bought some today at FoodFront. Even though great things have happened, I could tell this morning I was missing out on a lot of improvement because of low Magnesium.

Before November I used a combination of Macrobiotics and The Living Heart Diet to successfully control my cholesterol for the last 20 years. I was eating about 70% Carbs. By adding high quality fats, cutting out non-fermented grains and reducing Carbs to 50% I have almost had to forces my self to remember to eat. Of course, I feel much better, have more energy and my sleep improved. I develop cravings for healthy things I haven't had in a while. (Is there something wrong with me if I am daydreaming about bacon and butter?) In January my niece asked my why my skin was look so much better.

I got the Paleodietlifestyle cookbook a couple of months ago. I just got a lab number to see what has happened to my different blood levels.

Fun,exciting stuff. I hope this form of communication gets you to write more for us lay folks.

    Keep up the good work.
